For hundreds of years, the Elementals have lived here on Elemental Island in peace away from any human interference. In fact as far as humans know they don't even exist. They left the island only when their jobs required it. Ice Splinters leaving to bring forth winter, and keep the frozen tundras frozen. The Water Spirits keeping the rivers, lakes, and oceans healthy and even creating new pools of water. Plant Ladies coming out in the spring to awaken trees, flowers, and other plant life. Wind Lords bringing forth gentle breezes or fierce tornados throughout the year along with the Weather Women who call forth storms of all shape and form. The Star King calling out the moon and stars at night, while his wife the Sun Queen calls the sun to awaken in the morning and lulls it to sleep in the evening. While all these elements work to make the human lives bearable there is one group who rarely ever get to leave the island. The Magma Guards who protect the Elemental island from intruders and only the strongest leave to awaken the volcanoes.
